Refund Policy
Please immediately call (509) 242-0506 and give others an opportunity to attend.
Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within four weeks of the camp you wanted to attend you will be refunded 50% of the camp fee. There are no refunds for “no shows.”
Family Camp Refunds
Our policy is slightly different for family camps. Any cancelations should be reported immediately by phone to give others an opportunity to attend. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you cancel within four weeks of the camp you wanted to attend, you will be refunded 50% of the camp fee. The only way to receive a full refund (minus your deposit) for family camps is if we have another family on the waiting list that fills your spot. There are no refunds for “no shows.”
