Refund Policy for Millennium Kids Creative Camps LLC.
1. Refund Policy
Millennium Kids Creative Camps LLC. has a no-refund policy. Once a camp week registration is confirmed and payment is received, we do not provide refunds for any reason, including but not limited to participant cancellations, changes in personal circumstances, or scheduling conflicts.
2. Transfer of Camp Week Registrations
While we do not process refunds, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise. If you need to make changes to your camp week registration, we offer the option to transfer your registration to another available week, provided that:
• The request for transfer is made at least 14 days before the original camp week start date.
• Space is available in the desired week.
3. How to Request a Transfer
To request a transfer of your camp week registration, please contact us at roderick.rombauer@mkcc-llc.com with the subject line "Camp Week Transfer Request." In your email, include the following information:
• Full name of the participant
• Original camp week registration details
• Desired camp week for the transfer
We will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on space availability and adherence to the transfer conditions.
4. Camp Cancellations by Millennium Kids Creative Camps LLC.
In the unlikely event that Millennium Kids Creative Camps LLC. needs to cancel a camp week, we will provide a full refund to registered participants for that specific week.
