Refund Policy
Scholarship Campers require a $50 place-holder fee. In case of a cancellation, a full refund may be issued if staff is notified in writing 4 weeks or more prior to your session start date, a 50% refund within 4 weeks prior, and no refund within 72 hours prior.
For all other Campers, a full refund may be issued if staff is notified in writing 4 weeks or more prior to your session start date, a 50% refund if within 4 weeks prior, and no refund within 72 hours prior. We will consider cancellation reasons involving medical emergencies on a case-by-case basis, and you will be required to provide documentation from a medical professional. Please note that due to bank processing times, it may take 2-5 business days to see your refund hit your account.
In the unlikely event of the camp session not meeting the minimum required number of campers, we will offer you a full refund or work with you to rebook a different session, based on availability.
In the unlikely event that the camp session is cancelled due to extenuating circumstances (e.g. extreme weather), we will offer you a full refund or work with you to rebook a different session, based on availability.
