Cancellation/Refund Policy -

Scheduling is by far the most difficult facet of our programs. Camps and classes require advanced registrations so that we can properly prepare for your experience. It is very difficult for us to adjust to last-minute changes and cancellations. If you cancel your registration it also means that we could have booked other folks in your place. Even though we may have waitlists people tend to make other plans when they don’t get a spot so the process of activating someone from a waitlist is incredibly time-consuming and often not successful. For these reasons, we must strictly enforce the following cancellation policies. Please contact us if you have any questions:



Policy:

More than 2 weeks prior to your start date, you can receive a full value credit toward future programs that does not expire.

There will be NO refunds or credit given within 2 weeks of your start date and no transfer options. All forfeited tuition costs will be reallocated to our scholarship program.

If you need to make changes to any registration please email admin@communitysailing.org as soon as possible to provide the name of the participant, and which camp(s) you need to adjust.

If you are requesting a credit because of an incredibly unique or extenuating circumstance that does not align with our cancellation policy, please click here.

In accordance with the contracts we hold to do business in our current locations, we are required to adopt a policy of no direct refunds.
