Refund Policy
West End House Girls Camp Refund Policy

Summer camp registration will begin on October 1st and continue until sessions fill.

All summer camp registrations include a $125 non-refundable deposit per week as part of their registration.

Camp Cancellations
There will be no refund of your deposit. We do understand, however, that sometimes plans change. The following are our refund policies:

Before February 15th: you will receive a 100% tuition refund minus the weekly deposit fee.

February 16th-March 15th: you will receive a 50% tuition refund minus the weekly deposit fee.

After March 15th: no refunds.

*During your enrollment process, registration insurance is provided as an option. Please consider this as a safeguard for your investment.

Session Cancellations
If West End House Girls Camp cancels a session completely, we will do a full refund for that session.

Missed Days of a Session
Even if your child is only able to come for part of a session, full tuition must be paid for the entire session.

Serious Illness or Injury
In some situations we will issue a refund for if your camper is unable to attend a program because of a serious illness or injury if written medical verification from your physician is received within 7 days. Refunds will not be given for two-week sessions if you only need to miss one week of the session.

Inappropriate Behavior
If a camper is dismissed from a session because of inappropriate, aggressive behavior, or any other reason not stated, no refund will be issued.
