How can I cancel a registration?
Cancellations can be processed by visiting your online UltraCamp account or by calling, emailing, or visiting the front desk. Please keep in mind that we make purchasing decisions, hire staff, and plan programming based on each child’s registration. We will be unable to refund deposits for cancelled registrations. Additional amounts paid beyond the deposit are non-refundable if the cancellation occurs after final billing for the registration.
