Refund Policy
Action Kids Summer Camp Refund Policy:
• There are No Refunds for camp registrations.
• We offer 100% In House Credit for cancelled summer camp weeks until 4/1/2022.
• We offer 50% In House credit for cancelled summer camp weeks until May 05/01/22.
• Any date changes to your original camp registration can be made until May 15, 2022. Space permitting.
• Make ups for missed camp days are not available.
• No house credit or refund for any cancelled camp registration after 5/1/2022.
Water Wonders Swim Program Refund Policy:
Our ratios are very low in our swim classes. For this reason we are unable to provide refunds for classes from which you withdraw/cancel. Should your schedule change after you have enrolled in a swim class, please contact us as soon as possible. If we have availability, we will transfer you to a new time/session.
Action Kids Gymnastics/Ninja Class Tuition:
Class tuition is charged on the 20th of each month. You must submit a request in writing to drop from your enrolled class by the 19th of the month. For drop requests received after the 20th of the month and after tuition has been charged, the tuition payment can be transferred to another program in the form of an account credit until the end of the month. Absolutely no account credits are available after the first of each month for the current month
Money Back guarantee for gymnastics/ninja classes:
Are you new to Action Kids and not sure if you will like our gymnastics/ninja classes? If you are not totally happy with our classes we will refund your payment after your first class. Please make sure that you let us know before your second class. Once the second class has occurred, we will refund any unused classes. After the third class there will be no refunds.
Pro shop refund:
We can gladly refund pro shop purchases for 30 days. The item must be unworn, clean and with all tags attached. Special Order purchases are not returnable.
