Refund Policy
If a program or camp is cancelled by Bear Creek Outdoor Centre for any reason then all camp fees will be refunded in full or transferred to another program upon your request.
If you chose to cancel your child's camp registration then the following refund policy will apply.
BEFORE JANUARY 31, 2022 – Full refund of all fees less a $50 cancellation fee (per camper).
FEBRUARY 1 – camp start, 2022 -Full refund of all fees less a $100 cancellation fee (per camper).
There will be no refund made for any camper leaving camp during any Camp Period, including for reasons of homesickness. In the case of illness or injury incurred at Camp, a prorated credit for the following season will be given. Also, there will be no refund or reduction of fees for campers arriving late or leaving early.
Refunds are normally processed in full by the end of the Summer Camp season each year.
