# 2024 Refund Policy
The $100 deposit required for registration is nonrefundable in all cases, except in the case of financial aid and only if Camp Quest Smoky Mountains (CQSM) is unable to meet your requested aid amount.
## **General Refunds/Cancellation**
- For reservations canceled prior to May 1st, we will refund 100% of registration fees paid to date, excluding the deposit.
- For registrations canceled between May 1st and May 20th, we will refund 50% of registration fees paid to date, excluding the deposit.
- For registrations canceled between May 21st and June 14th, we will refund 25% of registration fees paid to date, excluding the deposit.
- No refunds will be provided after June 14th.
## **COVID-19 Exceptions**
If a camper is diagnosed with COVID-19 within 14 days prior to camp (on or after July 7th), please first review the CQSM health policies; then, contact the Camp Director at [cqsmokymountains@gmail.com](mailto:cqsmokymountains@gmail.com) or 919-689-6256, to discuss the options.
