What is Haycock’s refund policy?
Tuition for all camp programs include a non-refundable deposit, however this deposit may be transferred to another program in the same year. The non-refundable deposit amount is $100 for summer overnight and day camps and $50 for Parent/Child camps and weekend programs. In the event of a registration cancellation, payments beyond the non-refundable deposit may be refunded or transferred to another program. In the event of injury or illness during a camp program, tuition will not be refunded. If a program is cancelled by Haycock, a full refund, including the $100 deposit, will be made available, or the tuition may be transferred.
