Refund Policy
Summer Camp and Horse Camp Deposit refunds are refundable up to June 1st. Refunds of deposits will not be refunded after June 01 at 12:00am.
If a camp session has been paid in full prior to the session starting and a cancellation request is received after June 1st a refund will be authorized for the balance minus the deposit for each session. Camp Payments will not be refunded after the Friday before the session begins at 5:00pm.
If your camper is a no call/no show for the scheduled session you will still be responsible for the balance of the session.
Refunds will not be given for illness or missed days, we do not pro-rate camp.
Deposits after June 1st cannot be transferred to another campers account.
Approved refunds will be given as a credit back to credit card used for payment or a check. Refunds may take 7-10 business days to be received.
