Refund Policy
HOPE RANCH THERAPEUTIC RIDING CENTERS Refund/Cancellation/Postponement Policy for Registrations
Registration fees are non-refundable, unless COVID 19 causes the cancellation of a camp session, then the camp fees would be refunded to the specified individual that paid and processed the funds. If a registrant desires to reschedule his or her attendance at a camp, retreat or event, a registration is transferable to another riding lesson or event hosted by Hope Ranch, Inc., Hope Ranch Therapeutic Riding Center, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors or assigns so long as registrant provides us with at least 24 hours written or electronic (emailed) notice of the desire to transfer the registration. Your rescheduled riding lesson, retreat or event must take place within one (1) year from the original riding lesson. A transfer certificate will be saved in your personal record with Hope Ranch, Inc., Hope Ranch Therapeutic Riding Center in the value of the dollar amount paid for the original registration.
Sale or transfer of riding lesson or credits is not permitted.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone a riding lesson, retreat or related event(s) at our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone a riding lesson, the Attendance Policy covers such cancellations. . In the event Hope Ranch, Inc. elects not to reschedule the cancelled riding lesson, retreat or event, registrant will not be offered a refund. Hope Ranch, Inc. is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes.
Riding lessons are subject to change without prior notice. Hope Ranch, Inc. reserves the right to change any and all instructors/counselors for each riding lesson, retreat or event without notice
You will receive a riding lesson email when you register for the program.
