Refund Policy:
All requests for refunds must be submitted in writing to Jill Marin at
• Cancellations for July and August weeks for current and New FLS Families, will result in a 50% credit back to your Smart account provided the cancellation is on or before the 1st of the previous month and must be in writing or via email.
• Cancellations for EEC, St. Marks, and Non FLS families, will result in a 50% refund. Refunds will take up to two weeks to process.
• There are no credits or refunds for June weeks, missed days or changes in family plans.
