A request for refund must be submitted in writing and sent via email, fax, or mail prior to May 1, 2020. The non-refundable deposit of $150 (per camper/per session) will be deducted and the balance will be returned in the method it was received. No refunds will be given after May 1, 2020. Requests for refunds for the Before Care and After Care program must be submitted in writing at least one business day prior to the beginning of the session. Refunds for Before and After Care will not be given if a request is made after the session has begun.
