Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your camp registration and apply for a credit to another week of camp, you can contact our office at 319-655-7693 or email bonnie@loveeibc.org. The following policies and timeline apply.
If you notify us before May 1st, you may receive a 100% credit for a similar/future enrollment, or a 100% refund to your original payment method minus a $4 registration transaction fee.
If you notify us between May 1st and May 31st, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment, or a 75% refund.
If you notify us at least one full week before your camper's start date, you may receive a 100% credit toward a similar/future registration, or a 50% refund.
Once a program week begins, we only offer a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment unless your camper has a medical issue, medical emergency, or a family emergency.
In case of a medical issue or emergency, we will issue up to a 100% refund, minus the $4
transaction fee, at the discretion of our director.
Credits on your account are valid for the current season or the next summer camp season
(unless you have extenuating circumstances and request in writing to carry credits over beyond 2 summer camp seasons).
