Refund Policy
If you wish to cancel your camp registration and apply for a credit to another week of camp, you can contact our office at 319-655-7693 or email bonnie@loveeibc.org. The following policies and timeline apply.
If you notify us before May 1st, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment, or a 100% refund minus a registration transaction fee of $4.
If you notify us between May 1st and May 31st, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment, or a 75% refund.
If you notify us at least one full week before your camper(s) week of camp start date, you may receive a 100% credit on your account for a similar/future registration, or 50% refund.
Once a program week begins, we only offer 100% credit on your account for a similar/future enrollment unless your camper has a medical issue, medical emergency, or a family emergency. In case of medical issue or emergency, we will issue up to 100% refund, minus the transaction fee of $4, at the discretion of our director. Credits on your account are good for the current season or the next summer camp season (unless you have extenuating circumstances and request in writing to have your credits carried over beyond 2 summer camp seasons).
