Refund Policy
Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing a minimum of 14 days prior to the start date of the program. Registrations are nontransferable. Cancellations received after the program start date will not be honored. If requested in the appropriate time frame, refunds may be issued to the purchaser, excluding any non-refundable deposits. In extreme circumstance, these guidelines may be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Refunds are not issued for events with a fee of $10 or less. Refunds can be issued as either a program credit for the entire amount, or a partial refund in the original form of payment. Refund policy subject to change.
