Refund Policy
In the event you need to make a cancellation, your request can be submitted from www.campelectric.com/cancellations which includes the following: Full Name of Student, DOB, Reservation Number, and an explanation of the reason for cancellation, along with the date on which you are canceling. Your student will not be canceled in our system until this form is submitted and you have received a verification email of cancellation. Refunds, if applicable will be given with a check from Camp Electric. It is the parent or guardian's responsibility to make sure your student has been properly canceled in accordance with Camp Electric's terms and conditions. Refund Schedule:

By February 28, 2026 – Full refund minus the $199 deposit and $50 admin fee
March 1–March 31, 2026 – 50% refund of payments made, minus $199 deposit and $50 admin fee
April 1–April 30, 2026 – 25% refund of payments made, minus $199 deposit and $50 admin fee
No refunds after May 1, 2026
