UPLAND HILLS FARM
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

DEPOSITS
Deposits ($50.00 per session) are refundable up to June 01. After June 01, the deposit is forfeited and no longer refundable. The deposit cannot be transferred or reallocated to another camp or session after June 01.

CANCELLATIONS AFTER JUNE 01
Cancellations after June 01 must be received at least two (2) weeks prior to the session start date to receive a refund of the balance (minus the deposit).
Cancellations within the two (2) weeks prior to the start of the session are not eligible for a refund.

NO CALL/NO SHOW
No call, no show campers are responsible for the full session balance.
Missed or late payments do not automatically drop a camper from camp. If your plans have changed, please notify us via – mail@uplandhillsfarm, call/text at 248-628-1611.

MISSED DAYS & ILLNESS
We do no prorate camp fees due to missed days or illness. If you believe your camper has extenuating circumstances, please contact the Camp Director Sam at 248-301-8469.

REGISTRATION FEE
The $15.00 registration fee is non – refundable.

REFUND METHODS & TIMELINE
Approved refunds may be issued as a refund to your original form of payment (Credit Card or ACH), credit to your camp account or mailed via check to the address on file. Please allow 7-10 business days for refunds to be processed.
