Refund Policy
Our refund policy is designed to support the planning and staffing required to deliver high-quality programs while offering families clarity and consistency. This policy applies to all school-year programs, after-school programs, and summer camps.
General Policy
Cancellation requests must be received more than two weeks prior to the program start date to be eligible for a refund, excluding non-refundable processing fees.
Transfers are available only at the discretion of the Napa Valley Education Foundation (NVEF) staff.
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing to kristin@nvef.org.
Behavioral Dismissal Policy
NVEF reserves the right to dismiss a child from a program at any time, without prior notice, if:
The child’s behavior, in the sole judgment of NVEF, poses a risk to themselves or others; or
The child’s behavior, in the sole judgment of NVEF, poses a risk to property of NVEF or others; or
A parent/guardian’s behavior poses a risk to others or significantly disrupts operations.
If a child is dismissed under this Policy, any prepaid tuition will not be refunded.
