Refund Policy
Our Cancellation Policy is as follows:
• The $100.00 registration deposit is nonrefundable.
• For Overnight Camp, the Add-On Optional Activity fees are non-refundable.
• If you cancel more than four weeks before your camp session starts, you will receive a full refund, minus any non-refundable fees. For example, if your session begins June 28, the last full day to cancel and receive a refund would be May 30.
• Due to difficulty of filling cancelled spots prior to your camp arrival, any cancellations less than four weeks before the first day of your session will NOT receive a refund.
• You must send notice of cancellation in writing to the Camp Office. Email is acceptable.
• If a camper is unable to complete the session due to medical reasons, you must provide medical documentation for a pro-rated refund.
• There will be no refunds for leaving Camp early due to homesickness or disciplinary action.
• Regardless of the cancellation date, we will process all store deposit refunds at the end of the Summer Camp season.
