Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made either by phone call or email to:
Weeklong Session(s): 319-465-5916 X2310 or program@campcourageous.org
Respite Weekend Session(s): 319-465-5916 X2320 or respite@campcourageous.org
Travel: 319-465-5916 X2325 or travel@campcourageous.org
Weeklong Session(s): Non-refundable deposit of $250.00 for cancellations made in less than two weeks prior to arrival. This fee would be the responsibility of the guardian when waiver units are used.
Respite Weekend Session(s): Non-refundable deposit of $100.00 for cancellations not made by the Monday prior or up to the camper’s arrival. This fee would be the responsibility of the guardian when waiver units are used.
Travel: Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 for day trips, $100.00 for 2-3 day trips, $500.00 for week-long trips & $1,000.00 for international trips for cancellations not made before any pre-paid purchases or in a certain amount of days. 30 days for day trips, 40 days for 2-3 day trips, 90 days for week-long trips & 120 days for international trips. If cancelling due to medical reasons proper documentation is required.
No Show Policy
All attempts should be made to reach Camp Courageous prior to a scheduled date if a camper will not be attending.
No show fee(s) will apply as follows:
Weeklong Session(s): $250.00
Respite Weekend Session(s): $100.00
Travel: Full price of trip
Note: Camper accounts with unpaid balances may impact the ability to register for future sessions.
Late Pickup Fee Policy
$20 for every 15 minutes late
