Refund Policy
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made either, by email to program@campcourageous.org or via mail to PO Box 418, Monticello, IA 52310 or by calling camp at 319-465-5916.
Camp Week Session(s): Non-refundable deposit of $100 for cancellations made in less than two weeks prior to arrival. This would be the responsibility of the guardian when waiver units are used.
Respite Weekend: Non-refundable deposit of $50.00 for cancellations made the Monday prior or up to the camper’s arrival. This would be the responsibility of the guardian when waiver units are used.
Day Camp Respite: Non-refundable deposit of $25.00 for cancellations made the Monday prior or up to the camper’s arrival. This would be the responsibility of the guardian when waiver units are used.
No Show Policy:
All attempts should be made to reach Camp Courageous prior to a scheduled date if a camper will not be attending.
No show fee(s) will apply as follows:
Camp Week Session(s): $200
Respite Weekend: $100
Day Camp Respite: $50
Late Pickup Fee Policy:
$20 for every 15 minutes a camper is picked up late.
*Note: Camper accounts with unpaid balances may impact the ability to register for future Respite or Camp Week sessions. Please contact Camp Courageous regarding any unpaid balance questions @ 319-465-5916.
