The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists is committed to protecting your privacy and recognizes its obligation to keep information about you and your family secure and confidential.

Any personal information, including you and/or your child(ren)’s personal information, financial information and credit card data, collected by The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists will not be sold to outside parties. The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists collects this information to respond to your requests, process financial transactions on your behalf, and provide personal care and assistance to you and your family.

Third-Party Service Providers: The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists also employs other companies and individuals to perform functions on our behalf, such as processing payments and camp registration. They will have access to any personal information required to perform the functions for which they have been hired, but may not use it for any other purposes.

Your use of the online registration form(s) will be considered implied consent to collect, use and disclose your personal information for purposes identified herein. If a payment profile was created, you further authorize The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists and/or its service providers to charge any credit/debit card payments to the credit/debit card designated by you.

Security

The security of your personal information is important. The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists maintains physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to secure your personal information. However, "perfect security" does not exist on the Internet, and there is always some risk in transmitting information electronically. The personal information collected is stored within databases that The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists controls directly or through its service providers. As The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists deems appropriate, it uses security measures consistent with industry standards, such as firewalls and encryption technology, to protect your information. However, since no security system is impenetrable, there is no security guarantee of the The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists databases, nor can The Texas Conference of Seventh-day Adventists guarantee that information you supply will not be intercepted while being transmitted over the Internet.

Disclosure

Except as provided for in this Privacy Policy, we will not sell or otherwise disclose your personal information or data to third parties unless: (i) required by law or to cooperate with any bona fide legal investigation; or (ii) you provide consent to such disclosure.
