PRIVACY NOTICE
Participation in PNA Camp and After School Programs requires you to share both your and your child’s personal information with PNA, including names, pictures, addresses, emails, medical data, payment related data and banking data. Respective collection and processing of your personal information is voluntarily based. Not consenting to respective data collection and processing or withdrawing consent results in not being able to participate in PNA Create Academy Programs.
Below is a brief description of how PNA will use your information:
Collection of Information
PNA will collect and use information obtained from credit card transactions only for business purposes. These business purposes include the payment of Camper tuition and fees, camp clothing, late fees, etc. PNA will use personal information collected for the purpose of proactive communication and to conduct the Camp Program in which your child is registered.
Protecting Your Credit Card Information
Third parties may be used to keep and update this information. PNA will require those third parties to store your information securely and not use it for any reasons other than what is described on this form. PNA employees will be able to access your information if their work reasonably requires access to fulfill the purposes stated on this form. PNA will only share your information to respond to information requests of governmental authorities or where required by law.
The credit card information provided by you to PNA will be stored in a confidential manner. Our employees may access such information only when there is an appropriate business reason to do so, such as when a refund must be issued back to the credit card. Employees only have access to an encrypted version of the credit card number containing the last four digits. PNA maintains physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect your information, and our employees are required to follow these privacy standards.
Disclosure of Your Information
PNA does not disclose any nonpublic information (such as credit card number and their expiration dates) about our customers or former customers to anyone, except as required by law. We disclose information only when it is necessary for the conduct of camp business, or under circumstances where disclosure is required by law. Information may also be disclosed for audit purposes, to regulatory agencies or for other general administrative services. We do not disclose information about you to other entities who may want to sell their products to you.
At all times you have the right to access your data and to amend or delete your personal information or to withdraw consent for collection and processing of your personal information.
Transaction Security
Online registration uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol to ensure transaction security.
By payment of any sum to PNA, you are acknowledging your agreement to the processing of your information as described in this Privacy Notice.
