Regatta Point Community Sailing – Camp Registration Policies
Welcome to Regatta Point Community Sailing (“Regatta Point” or “RPCS”). We are a nonprofit 501(c)(3) community boating organization dedicated to providing safe, educational, and enjoyable boating experiences for youth and adults throughout Central Massachusetts.
This registration system is used for Regatta Point camps, lessons, memberships, events, and programs. By registering for a program through this website or in person, you acknowledge and agree to the following policies and terms.

Registration & Participation Policies
Participation in Regatta Point programs may involve physical activity, outdoor recreation, boating, waterfront activities, and changing weather conditions. Families are responsible for providing accurate registration, emergency contact, medical, behavioral, and allergy information during the registration process.
Parents and guardians are expected to review all program information, schedules, required equipment, and communications prior to participation.
Regatta Point reserves the right to:
* Adjust schedules, locations, instructors, or equipment as necessary
* Cancel or modify programs due to weather, safety concerns, staffing, low enrollment, or operational needs
* Remove participants whose behavior creates a safety risk or substantially disrupts the program environment
No employee or volunteer may alter or waive organizational policies without written authorization from the Executive Director.

Regatta Point regularly photographs and records camp activities, lessons, races, waterfront programs, and special events for educational, promotional, historical, and fundraising purposes.

By registering for a program, participants and parents/guardians grant permission for Regatta Point to use photographs or video taken during programs unless a media opt-out request is submitted during registration.

The safety of participants is our highest priority. Regatta Point staff are trained in waterfront safety, emergency procedures, and program supervision.
Parents and guardians must:

* Ensure participants arrive prepared for outdoor waterfront activities
In the event of an emergency, Regatta Point staff may seek appropriate medical care for a participant if a parent or guardian cannot be reached.
