UltraCamp is a pay-as-you-go service that provides a comprehensive package of
features for an amazingly affordable price. Included in the UltraCamp package
are revenue creating features that actually make you money.
Profit Opportunities for You
Secure Photo Gallery
UltraCamp allows you to upload high-resolution photos to a password-protected gallery. These
photos can then be downloaded for a fee you set and paid for online. We will
then send you a check every quarter or apply your profit to your
subscription fees.
UltraCamp reserves 30% of gross sales to cover server and storage usage.
Online Store
Create product categories and items for sale using the UltraCamp system. You set
the price and all of the options and we provide the reports you need for order fulfillment.
UltraCamp reserves 3% of gross sales.
Donation Module
Collect money for all kinds of projects and needs through our extremely flexible
Donation Module. Make donations a part of the reservation process. Our reports let
you easily manage donor information. UltraCamp does not reserve money from donations.

Fees
One-time Set Up Fee
UltraCamp collects a one time Set Up Fee of $299. This fee covers the initial setup
of your camp registration process and the initial training of your staff in the
use of the program.
Data Import
Import data from your previous database into UltraCamp. Switching from another camp software provider? We have the tools necessary to easily convert your data into
UltraCamp while keeping all of your important historical data. We have 3 levels
of data import:
Biographical Import - $199
The biographical import transfers all of the contact information of your clients
into UltraCamp and creates user accounts for each family. Contact information is
kept intact and we can even transfer username and password information so that their
transition into the new system is seamless.
Reservation History Import - $399
The reservation history import includes all of the information in the biographical
import but also adds the reservation history for each account. With this level of
import, you will be able to run reports comparing previous year's information with
current information successfully.
Financial/Transactional History Import - Quoted
The financial/transactional history import includes all the information in the biographical
and reservation history imports, but adds the actual financial transactions to each
person's account and reservations. This is the most complete import available. We
will need to view a sample of your data to accurately quote you a price for import.
Reservation Fees
Reservation fees are based on the number of reservations processed through
UltraCamp. A fee is collected only when a reservation is made; there are no
up-front costs to you. Designed as a complete pay-as-you-go system, fees follow the following structure:

UltraCamp does require a minimum of $1200 in reservation fees annually.
Payment Processing
UltraCamp can process online payments by either credit card or electronic check.
Money collected online is deposited
directly to your account and is available as soon as the charge is finalized,
typically 48 hours. There is no holding period or reserve held back. It’s your
money, you shouldn’t have to wait for it.
Electronic Checks
Electronic checks work just like a paper check. Your client fills out a form with
their banking information and submits it online. There are no application or monthly
fees, just a flat $0.45 transaction fee plus 1% of the amount charged.
Credit Cards
You have two different options for accepting credit cards:
- Use existing merchant account - If you already accept credit cards at your organization,
we may be able to set you up with an online gateway that will allow your merchant
account to interface with our system. Rates vary depending on your merchant agreement
and setup fees may apply.
- Use a new merchant account - We'll walk you through the process of setting up your own merchant account. Rates are 25 basis points over cost plus a $0.35 transaction fee. Because the cost for each type of card is different, the average discount rate balances out to approximately 2.5%. There are no monthly minimums if you are seasonal, but you will have monthly statement and gateway fees of around $20 a month.
