In our Yoga + Mindfulness club, we'll incorporate fun and creative themes each week, along with games, storytelling, songs, and mindful crafts. We'll learn yoga postures to help improve focus, concentration, coordination, strength, and self-confidence. Our student friendly mindfulness techniques will instill practices of breathing and visualization that bring calmness and inner peace. The principles in this class will also teach kindness to self and others and compassion.
