This fun and energetic club is tailored to kindergarten students. Students will be brought through a wide range of yoga postures in a fun, creative way while learning about the importance of breathing and the principles of yoga. Each class will incorporate games and music, and will end with relaxation and meditation, followed by a discussion of healthy goals.
