In our Yoga + Mindfulness class series, we'll incorporate fun and creative themes each week, along with games, storytelling, songs and mindful crafts. We'll learn yoga postures to help improve focus, concentration and coordination as well as strength, and self-confidence.
Our kid friendly mindfulness techniques will instill practices of breathing and visualization that bring calmness and inner peace.
The principles in this class will teach kindness to self and others, compassion, mindfulness and yoga. The program will run outside as much as possible.
