Working at Camp Kidwell this summer

Staff Members will......
-attend Staff Leadership Training June 11-17, 2023
-weekly sessions are Sunday Afternoons to Friday afternoon
-most weekends off
-live on site in cabins with our campers.
-be part of a SAFE, FUN AND LOVING environment to our campers
-make camper safety and supervision their #1 priority
-organize and lead fun, creative, enjoyable and educational activities
-have current First Aid and CPR certification
-receive room and meals at no cost.

Summer 2023 Schedule
• Leadership Training - June 11-17, 2023 - All staff members attend
• Week #1 – June 25-30
• Week #2 - July 9-14
• July 16-22 - Camp Quest (not all staff work)
• Week #3 – July 23-28
• Week #4 – July 30-Aug 4
• Week #5 – August 6-11

Not all staff members work every single week.

How does the hiring process work?
Each applicant will provide
-A resume
-3 references
-Have at least one interview
-All applicants 18 and over will complete a background checks
-All applicants are subject to drug testing.
