Winter Camp Campership Application

We are proud to work with and grateful for all of the AMAZING businesses, organizations and individuals. It's their support and generosity that make it possible for us to offer this support to our families!

Camp Kidwell's financial aid program is open to all children. Please know that as hard as we work and as generous as our supporters are funding is limited. Please consider applying now, the funds are distributed on a first come, first served basis.


Campership Program Details

Campership Eligibility and Determination
-Each child is eligible for one campership per season.
-Funds are awarded based on household size and income level.
-To determine eligibility, families are asked to provide and verify family size and total household income.
-Verification can be in the form of tax return (Please send only the summary page listing all family members and your total income. And please, please be sure to black out all social security numbers before sending), check stubs, letters from government agencies, etc. It is important to us to help as many families as possible, please help us achieve this by providing complete and accurate information.
-Scholarships of 50% will be granted for those families who qualify.
-Level of need is determined using a predetermined scale created using the federal school free and reduced lunch program.
-Scholarships cannot be used with any other discounts.

Applying for a Campership
-Complete this registration.
-During the process you will complete all forms required to attend camp and pay a $15 deposit.
-This deposit will be applied to your remaining balance after campership determination has taken place.
-If you do not qualify for assistance you are welcomed and encouraged to register for a session so the deposit will not be lost.
-If your families does not qualify for assistance, we are happy to work with you to set up a payment plan, so it can be possible for your children to attend camp. Please ask about the payment plan options, and we will see what we can work out!

Picking Your Session and Paying the Remaining Balance
-When we have all of the required information, we will review and determine eligibility.
-We will let you know the level of funding we can provide.
-You then let us know if that will work for you and we will get you signed for the session you would like to attend.
-After the session is transferred and all campership funding and deposits are applied, we will determine the remaining balance.
-We will then work with you to set up a payment plan for paying the remaining balance.
