Campership Application 2021
Here's to a huge THANK YOU to the amazing donors who donate to the Robert "Bob" Geurink Memorial Campership Fund! We are proud to work with and grateful for all of theses AMAZING businesses, organizations and individuals. It's their support and generosity that make it possible for us to offer this support to our families! Our campership program is open to all children. Please know we work very hard and our supporters are very generous but as you can imagine funding is limited. Please consider applying now, the funds are distributed on a first come, first served basis.
CAMPMERSHIP ELIGIBILITY AND DETERMINATION
-Each child is eligible for one campership per season.
-To determine eligibility, families are asked to provide and verify family size and total household income.
-Verification can be in the form of tax return (Please send only the summary page which should include a list of all family members and total income. Also, please, please be sure to remove or completely black out all social security numbers before sending), check stubs, letters from government agencies, etc. It is important to us to help as many families as possible, please help us achieve this by providing complete and accurate information.
-Scholarships are distributed at the levels of 25%, 50% and 75%, with families being responsible for the remaining balance.
-The level of campership is determined with a scale created using the federal school free and reduced lunch program.
-Scholarships cannot be used with any other discounts.
APPLYING FOR A CAMPERSHIP
-Complete this registration.(click the green "register" button) for each child who is interested in attending camp and requesting a campership.
-During the process you will complete all forms required to attend camp and pay a $35 deposit.
-$25 of the registration deposit will be applied to your remaining balance after campership determination has taken place.
-If your families does not qualify for assistance, we will work with you to set up a payment plan, so it can be possible for your children to attend camp. Please ask about the payment plan options.
HOLDING A SPOT IN SESSION WHILE APPLYING FOR A CAMPERSHIP
-Completing financial aid application does not hold a reservation.
-To hold a spot in a specific session you have register for that session, including the $100 non-refundable deposit.
-This will guarantee a spot in the session of your choice. And you can then also apply for campership assistance.
-If it is determined you are eligible for campership assistance and have already registered in a session as described, the campership and $25 from your campership application deposit will be applied to that session.
PICKING YOUR SESSION AND PAYING THE REMAINING BALANCE
-When we have all of the required information, we will review and determine eligibility.
-We will let you know the level of funding we can provide.
-You then let us know if that will work for you and we will get you signed for the session you would like to attend.
-After the session is transferred and the campership and deposits are applied, we will determine the remaining balance.
-We will then work with you to set up a payment plan for paying the remaining balance.

Campership Applications will be accepted until all funding for the 2021 season has been granted.
A $35 deposit is required with this application. $25 of this deposit will be applied to the remaining balance of your session and $10 is a non-refundable fee.
