Leadership, Governance, Human Capital, and Resilience
The purpose of this module will be to offer a nonprofit-first perspective on leadership nonprofit settings - both paid and volunteer. Discussion will include the implications governance drawing on volunteers as organization human capital; discourse on board function and dysfunction; organization longevity and continuity; the application of social enterprise as a nonprofit organization endeavor and the malleability of mission fulfillment.
