Origami: Engineering a World of Paper Wonders (ages 8-10)
Description
What does the Itsukushima Shrine, flower petals, and the legs of a frog have in common? Origami of course! In this two-hour class, students will learn about famous architecture, engineering, and animal biomechanics in connection with this 2,000-year-old paper art form.

Models we will fold in this class include:

Organ base house
Samurai Hat
Fortune Teller
Jumping Frog
Magazine Box
