Adult Ballet (Session 4)
Description
Ballet is a classical form of dance with a codified syllabus and unique terminology. Adult ballet strengthens posture and body placement, increases flexibility, and allows adults to exercise in a fun, graceful way.

Adult Ballet runs on a special 6 week session to accommodate our busy adult members.

This class is the perfect way to have fun, make new friends, and learn a new skill! No previous dance experience is required.
