Maple Sugaring 2/24
Description
In partnership with Arlington Community Education, we are thrilled to welcome Boot Boutwell to the Farm for his annual Sugaring Workshops!

Come learn about the long history of maple sugaring in New England; take a walk around the farm to taste-test the sugar water from 3 varieties of maples; collect the sugar water and boil it down to maple syrup (we wish we had a sugar shack, but the farm kitchen will do!); and taste freshly-made maple syrup!
