Welcome Sandhya to the farm for her first workshop at WLF for a two- hour interactive, hands-on class begins with a brief introduction to Ayurveda and its
belief in using spices and foods for their health benefits. Together, we will make a delicious, vegan and gluten free meal and learn the art of tempering the spices.
We will be making
-Scallion Dal- Delectable lentils made with spices and scallions.
-Basmati Rice- Perfectly cooked fluffy white rice
-Cabbage Subji- Stir fried cabbage made with spices and yellow split peas
Class is vegan and gluten-free
Sandhya Rege Nadkarni has been teaching public and private cooking classes for over 12 years.
