Farm Fresh Thanksgiving: Grades 1-2
Join Chef Kelcy at Wright-Locke Farm for a fun and interactive class all about freshening up the Thanksgiving Table! For this workshop, Chef Kelcy will teach the students a fresh (and hands on) stuffing as well as demystifying canned cranberry sauce by working with FRESH CRANBERRIES and learning all about this delicious (and tart) native New England food. We will finish the class with a simple and delicious baked sweet potato muffin, perfect for a little Thanksgiving morning treat!
