WLF Patio Summer BBQ
One of the most extraordinary things about being a kitchen on a farm is our ability to support local farmers and suppliers in our food system. Not only is it amazing for the environment (hello lower emissions and healthy soil/animals) but it also makes sure that the money we spend in our community stays in our community! 

For this month’s Farm Supper, Chef Kelcy is changing things up and hosting a big cookout featuring 100% grass fed, pasture raised, burgers and hot dogs from Walden Local Meats, vegan burgers from Kind Roots in Somerville, hotdog and burger buns from Iggy's Bread, produce and pantry staples from Farm to Go at Wright-Locke Farm and additional produce sourced from other local farms including Mill City Grows and Hutchins Farm.

On the Menu

-Walden Local, Grass Fed, Hot Dogs, Burgers, and Vegan Burgers from Kind Roots  
-Grilled Seasonal Vegetables 
-Kale Salad with Shallot Vinaigrette 
-Panzanella Salad 
-Grilled Corn Salad 
-Baked Beans 
-Swallow in the Hallow Potato Salad 
-Farmers Pasta Salad with Arugula Pesto
-Chilled Corn Chowder 
-Seasonally Inspired Galette,  Toscanini's Vanilla Ice Cream, and cinnamon basil
