Young Leaders FIERCE Spring Cohort 2026

It's here! Our Young Leader F.I.E.R.C.E. Program is back this Spring!

This 7-week after-school program will begin on March 13, 2026, and will meet once a week on Fridays from 4:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m.

Grounded in the F.I.E.R.C.E. values—Flexibility, Initiative, Empathy, Responsibility, Communication, and Empowerment—the program equips participants with the tools to become effective leaders both within camp and in their broader communities.

Program components include:
- Development of leadership and initiative skills
- Training in conflict resolution and empathy
- Practice in public speaking and communication
- Through this experience, campers will grow in confidence, develop practical skills, and prepare to take on future leadership roles.
