GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY: (Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events) Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund. Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
