Become a Safe Sitter!

Cadettes, join us for Safe Sitter Babysitter Training, Saturday, August 23, 2025 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Camp Trivera.

Girls (Cadette and Up) can participate in the Safe Sitter course. This course provides the knowledge and hands-on skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants, including basic first aid, leadership skills, guidance on developing a babysitting business, and methods for engaging younger children in age-appropriate activities.

Registration is required. Bring your own sack lunch.

GSWESTOK Non-members will be charged an additional $5 at checkout.

Troop Leaders!
If you'd like to pay for this event with troop funds, please select the sponsorship option under the main menu (3 bars on the top left of your screen) in your registration profile.

Group preorder is not available for this event.

You can find instructions for Sponsorships in the "For Troop Leaders" section of the Document Center to reserve spaces and/or provide your troop the opportunity to pay with troop funds!

GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)
Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
