Ahoy, Mateys!

Calling all adventurous Girl Scouts for Multi-Madness 2025 - Pirates!—hoist the colors for a day of swashbuckling fun and pirate-filled excitement!
This event is perfect for Girl Scouts of all ages, so grab your crew and get ready for an adventure.

Start your journey by teaming up with Girl Scouts from across all levels to conquer daring pirate challenges. After a hearty lunch, break into level-specific activities, each with its own exciting pirate twist. It’s a day full of treasure, teamwork, and tons of fun!

What’s included?
Your adventure includes a unique event patch, all supplies, and delicious meals (except Saturday dinner). Cabins are on a first registered basis.

Detailed event info will be sent to troop leaders before the big day.

If attending as a Troop, girl to adult ratios must be met and troop First Aid rules must be followed. Health History forms are required for every person attending. Your Troop First Aider will be responsible for those documents during the event.

If you'd like to pay for this event with troop funds, please select the sponsorship option under the main menu (3 bars on the top left of your screen) in your registration profile.

Group preorder is not necessary unless you want to ensure spaces are available for your troop members.

You can find instructions for Sponsorships and Group Preorders in the "For Troop Leaders" section of the Document Center to reserve spaces and/or provide your troop the opportunity to pay with troop funds!

GSWESTOK EVENT CANCELLATION POLICY:
(Includes HAT, Outdoor Committee, and Alumni Events)

Girl Scouts Western Oklahoma reserves the right to cancel an event due to low enrollment or other circumstances which would make the event non-viable. If GSWESTOK cancels an event, registrants will be notified and offered a full refund.

Registration Cancellation by Participant. Cancellations will be accepted in writing only and must be received by the stated cancellation deadline. Cancellations received after the stated deadline will not be eligible for a refund. A doctor's note will be required for any refunds after the cancellation deadline. Refunds will not be available for registrants who choose not to attend an event.
