Description
Portuguese Camp meeting is a FL Conference hosted event held at Camp Kulaqua. Join us and your fellow friends for a fun filled time together with your families.

**Pricing Structure**
Event Fee: Your Fee includes a nonrefundable deposit.
Enter number of attendees in your party per their ages

Attendee Per person event fee:

Entire Event, Thursday-Sunday: (8 meals, Thursday Supper-Sunday Breakfast, various activities, and event programs)
-$231.00/adult (Ages 8+)
-$223.00/child (Ages 4-7)
-Children under age 3 are free

Sabbath Day Pass event fee: (Sabbath Lunch & Supper, Sabbath activities, and Sabbath Programs)
-$71.25/adult (ages 8+)
-$69.25/child (ages 4-7)

Each RESERVATION will have a $16 registration fee added in the cart, this is per reservation, not per person.

Housing Fee: If staying at Camp Kulaqua, add your housing as follows.
Your Housing Fee is for the entire event, Thursday-Sunday

Housing Fees: when you register, if you do not see the housing option you are looking for that means it is no longer available.

-Chalet (2bd/1ba)..............$471.00/chalet
-Mini-Lodge room..............$246.75.00/room
-Rustic cabin.....................$252.00/cabin
-RV Site (30 amp).............$126.00/site

*Need to reserve multiple rooms-A separate reservation must be made for each room, using a different attendee name for each reservation. Only one room/lodging option may be selected per reservation.

Cancellation Policy:
• Cancel prior to 30 days of event (before October 29) : $60 per person + $16 registration fee applies and all other paid funds can be refunded.

• Cancel within 14 days of event (November 13-26): All paid funds are non-refundable.
