Outdoor Education Week 1 (Feb. 17-20)
Description
This unique program hosts schools from the Florida Conference to come take part in our all-inclusive Outdoor Education program for their students at Camp Kulaqua.

This registration is for Week 1, February 17-20, 2026.

Student Fees for 2026 season rates:

Cabins $188 per student
Mini Lodges $219 per student
Woodland Lodge* $266 per student (includes linens)

This fee includes all activities, classes, lodging and meals. Transportation and supervision must be provided by the schools. Teachers are responsible to ensure that supervision is 1 adult per 9 students in each gender. Additional Chaperone fee is $115 if over the required ratio.

Registration & Dates:
1) August 4th – Registration OPENS.
2) November 8th – Registration CLOSES.
3) December 8th – Final counts and allergy information due (if changing email Stacy)
4) January 5th - Last day to cancel/drop numbers. After January 5 there is a $15 per person cancellation fee.

Teachers are responsible for turning in the appropriate registration information to our office in a timely manner. Dates and housing are first-come first-serve. If a date fills, your school will have to select a different date with appropriate space.
