Florida Conference Women's Ministries presents Week 3 (Spanish) of "TOTAL PRAISE", Feb 26-28, 2016. Enjoy spectacular speakers, uplifting music, exceptional food, and wonderful fellowship at this retreat just for women ages 13 and up!
Please remember, ALL attendees must be registered.

SOME THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE ARRIVAL:

CHECK-IN:
Friday from 1:00-8pm in the Gymnasium
** If you are arriving by Charter Bus please share this information with Gale at sdaretreats@campkulaqua.com as soon as possible so we will be better prepared to receive you.

LATE ARRIVAL:
If you will be arriving after 8pm, we will have a Ranger on duty ready to assist you. As you drive onto the dirt road please call our main number, 386.454.1351 and our Ranger or the weekend manager will answer your call and let you know where to meet him/her so they can direct you.
* You will need to see us Sabbath morning in the Main Office to receive your Arm Band and Name Badge.

SABBATH CHECK-IN:
If you will be arriving Sabbath morning, please check-in at the Main Office and receive your name badge, arm band for meals, and any other materials we may have for you.

DISCOUNTS:
1) Early Bird Overnight Discount; A $25 savings awaits all who register (with housing) before November 30th, 2015. Register early to receive this discount!
2) Pastor's Wife Discount; Let us know if this is you! You will receive a discount.

CANCELLATIONS:
A $52.75 non-refundable fee will apply to all weekend reservations.

REFUNDS:
Refund Requests must be received in writing – or email – within 30 days after the event to be eligible for a refund. Any requests past the 30 days will not be accepted. Please note, all refunds will be based on the Early Bird rate.

LINENS:
If you are staying in the Mini Lodges or Cabins, you will need to provide your own bedding and towels. If you need to rent linens from Kulaqua, please make prior arrangement for linen packets in your online (or group) reservation. Our Linen Packet consists of Sheets, Blanket, Pillow, Towel set.

SUPPER:
Friday's supper will be served in our cafeteria from 5:30 – 6:30pm.
If you anticipate your arrival time after 6.30pm, please be sure to find an eatery along the way so your belly will be happy and you’ll be ready for your soul to be filled!

ATTIRE:
Casual clothing is very acceptable throughout the weekend. Some choose to dress up a more on Sabbath morning; it is up to you. You may want to bring a light jacket for early morning and evening.

The Banquet Sabbath evening will be in the theme of the 1940's. Following the banquet, make sure you bring your talents for the "Tremendously Terrific Talent Show"!
