The Odyssey: Theater Camp
Description
Join us for a "Classic in the PARK" this summer to tell the tale of: The Odyssey! Adapted for young audiences by Peter Royston, this is a highly engaging, easily accessible play that introduces kids and adults alike to the world of classic literature.

Follow the adventures of Odysseus as he struggles to return home to his wife, Penelope, and son, Telemachus. Odysseus must face vengeful gods, alluring sirens and vicious monsters on the nineteen year journey home.

Students in grades 7-12 are welcome to join us in this week-long camp, culminating in an outdoor immersive theatrical performance! Students interested in stage crew or design are also welcome to register!

Roles will be cast by Mrs. Maria Jacobi the week prior to camp in a brief audition with flexible in-person or zoom options.

Camp will run 9am-3pm, Monday-Friday.
Performance: Friday at 2pm

Students will be required to bring their own lunch, water and snack. There is no extended day program offered for this camp.
