Give Your Child the Voice to Lead!
ArtICCulators Toastmasters, in partnership with ICC, is offering a FREE 8-week Youth Leadership Program for children ages 9–14.

The program is designed to give children a supportive, hands-on environment in which they can practice speaking, leading, listening, and working with others. Rather than simply learning about leadership, participants will get repeated opportunities to stand up, speak, run meetings, respond spontaneously, give feedback, and take on leadership roles.

What participants will learn
Chairmanship – Learn how meetings are organized, understand different meeting roles, and practice leading a meeting with confidence and purpose.

Public Speaking – Practice how to organize ideas, prepare a speech, and deliver it clearly and confidently in front of an audience.

Impromptu Speaking – Promote thinking on the spot, organizing thoughts quickly, and responding to unexpected questions with poise.

Listening & Feedback – Develop active listening skills and learn how to give thoughtful, encouraging, and constructive feedback.

Teamwork – Foster collaboration, encourage others, take responsibility, and build trust while working as part of a team.

Confidence – Become more comfortable expressing ideas, speaking in front of others, and stepping forward to take on leadership responsibilities.

The curriculum will be taught through practical activities, guided exercises, speeches, meeting roles, and interactive speaking opportunities, with guidance from Distinguished Toastmasters.
