VEX V5 CAMP

VEX V5 Robotics Summer Camp (1 Week Intensive)
Jump into the exciting world of competitive robotics in this hands-on, fast-paced 5-day VEX V5 Robotics Summer Camp, where students in Grades 6-12 will design, build, and program their own robot.

Students will explore key areas of robotics including game analysis, engineering design, notebooking, drivetrain construction, mechanisms (intake systems), and programming.

Throughout the week, students will:

Build a functional VEX V5 robot from scratch

Learn core mechanical systems (drivetrain, intake, and advanced mechanisms)

Program their robot using VEXcode with logic, loops, and controls

Learn how to maintain an engineering notebook to document their design journey

Develop game strategies

Enhance problem-solving, teamwork, and critical thinking skills

The camp culminates in an exciting Day 5 Showcase, where students will demonstrate their robots in action, competing in mini challenges and presenting their designs to parents.

This immersive experience introduces students to real-world engineering, coding, and teamwork skills, all while having fun and building confidence in STEM.
