Take your robotics journey to the next level!
Students will dive into CAD Design for the first 5–6 weeks, followed by BattleBot preparation sessions — combining creativity, engineering, and teamwork.

In this 8 week VEX IQ Camp, students will learn:

•⁠ ⁠The Engineering Design Process and how to research

•⁠ ⁠⁠How to properly cite and notebook

•⁠ ⁠⁠How to use Computer Modeling Software (CAD Software) to design a robot on a computer

•⁠ ⁠⁠How to prototype and fix issues

•⁠ ⁠⁠Important build quality and mechanical principles

•⁠ ⁠⁠Coding algorithms

In our final two classes, students will apply all the skills they’ve learned to design and build a BATTLEBOT from scratch.
Each student will create their own unique robot and put it to the test in friendly competitions against others, showcasing their creativity and engineering skills.
