Leaders In Training-

This is the 2nd year in our leadership development program.
One step closer to becoming a staff member.

This includes a continued apprenticeship, workshop training, time as a member of our kitchen crew, training as either a lifeguard or ServSafe, and a day visit to another camp.

Participants who successful completed their LiT summer will be offered a job for the following summer. These members are also typically the most successful counselors.
